All Roads Lead to Hell But One

All roads lead to Hell but one, and that road is the only road to heaven and God. This is based on Scripture. We read in John 14 verse 6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Take a look at Matthew 7 verses 13 and 14. “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” It is really clear in Acts 4, verses 10 to 12. “Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead... This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

We realize that Jesus himself walked this narrow road as a man. If we follow Him – heeding every word He spoke and every word found in the Bible that He inspired, we will get to Heaven. Every other way is the wrong way, leading to Hell and eternal death. The devil doesn't care how he gets us, he just cares that he gets us. He creates custom-made roads for all of us, with whatever pleases or interests us along the way. He allows us to believe whatever we desire. But the road to heaven is narrow and straight. It takes sacrifice and self-denial with a willingness to take up our cross and follow Christ. We need to get to the place where we become as little children, totally trusting and depending on Him for everything. The way isn’t easy but those on this road go forward saying, like Jesus said, “Oh God, not my will, but your will be done.”

Following Jesus on this road is safe. He, of all leaders, is the only one who claimed to be the Son of God and the only One who fulfilled prophecy to the letter. Jesus went to the grave, was resurrected, and ascended into Heaven and this was witnessed by his followers. He is the only Savior of this world. All the others are impostors who Satan has put in place to lead us astray.

Luke 3:22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

Mark 14:61, 62 But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

John 11:25, 26 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
