4 Cups Quick Oats
4 Cups Regular Oats
1 Cup Wheat Bran
1 Cup WW Flour
½ Cup Wheat Germ
2 Cups Grated Coconut (unsweetened fine)
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds or chopped Almonds or Walnuts (mix all 3 if desired)
Put the following into a separate bowl:
Spread in pans about .5 in. thick
