Coconut Granola

4 Cups Quick Oats
4 Cups Regular Oats
1 Cup Wheat Bran
1 Cup WW Flour
½ Cup Wheat Germ
2 Cups Grated Coconut (unsweetened fine)
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds or chopped Almonds or Walnuts (mix all 3 if desired)
Mix well.

Put the following into a separate bowl:
1 Cup Warm Water (Water needs to be warm enough to melt the oil - 100o to 120o F)
½ Tbsp. Salt
½ Cup Jaggery also known as Piloncillo (raw cane sugar) or Brown Sugar
½ Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Mix well then combine with dry ingredients. Mix well.

Spread in pans about .5 in. thick
Bake at 175 deg. for 4 hours. Leave in oven for 2 to 3 hours after done.
(Make it just before you go to bed. Set oven timer for 4 hrs and then leave in the oven all night)
