Non-Dairy Milk Substitute

1 - 13.5 or 19 fl oz. can of Coconut Milk/Cream (preferably 14 g total fat or more)
3 cans of water (use the same can that the coconut milk came in)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Brown Sugar, or to taste
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 quart sealable container

Poor the can of Coconut Milk into your sealable container.
Put one can of water in.
Add Vanilla, Brown Sugar, and Salt.
Shake well for a few seconds.*
Pour in two more cans of water or, if using a 19 oz can, just fill container with water.
Shake well for a few seconds.
Keep refrigerated.
Shake well before using.

If you want to keep it simple just use Coconut milk and water. We have come to like it best this way.

I can't believe how good this milk is!
It is so simple to make! Inexpensive too!

It also makes incredible Chocolate Milk!
